Gate Affected Users' Claims Site

Terms & Privacy Version 2026-09-13-v6

1. Who runs this site

This site was built independently by one of the users affected by the 2026-08-09 Gate TUT / 龙虾 / BICO perpetual futures event. It has no relationship with Gate, Binance, OKX or any exchange and represents no organisation, company or group.

2. What this site will never ask you for

Anyone asking you for any of the above in this site's name is an impostor. The only thing this site asks you to do is publish a public post from your own X account.

3. How you consent to being listed

There is exactly one way: put #GateVictims in your own public post on X and say which incident it was. If you were affected by the 2026-08-09 event and already posted with the older tag #Gate0809, that still counts.

The tag is the act of consent. This site does not add anyone whose post does not carry the tag, and does not add people simply because they look like they were affected. Every submitted post is also reviewed by a human before it appears publicly. The two rosters and their amounts are counted separately; supporters' amounts are not included in the 0809 totals.

If you used a tag casually and do not want to be listed, message the contact in the footer and you will be removed — no reason needed.

4. What is collected and why

Shown publicly on the roster

There is one purpose: to add them up and show how many people there are and how much is still outstanding in total.

Visible only to the administrator, never published

4. Where your post content goes

When you paste your link, this site:

  1. fetches the public content and author handle of that post through public third-party readers (fxtwitter / vxtwitter);
  2. sends the post text to a language model on Cloudflare Workers AI to assess whether it is a first-person account of this event;
  3. shows that assessment, together with programmatic checks, to the administrator for manual review.

Automatic review: when a post is complete (incident, loss and compensation received are all stated), the programmatic checks raise no concern, and the model clearly judges it a first-person statement, the submission is listed automatically (capped at 100,000 USDT per entry and a daily site-wide count). Everything else stays “pending” until a human has looked at it. Automatically listed submissions can still be rejected or corrected by a human.

Only the text of the post you already published publicly is sent — never your contact details or UID.

5. Where data is stored and for how long

Data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV (servers outside your country). Rejected submissions are deleted after 90 days; approved records are deleted when you ask to withdraw or when this matter concludes.

6. How to withdraw or correct your entry

Just message the contact in the footer — no reason needed. You may ask to correct amounts, change your public display name, remove yourself from the roster, or delete all of your data. Requests are handled as soon as they arrive.

7. An honest label on the amounts

Every amount on the roster is entered by the member themselves. What this site verifies is that “the holder of this X account personally made this statement” — not that the amount has been audited. This site has no access to anyone's exchange account, and should not have any. Read the totals as “the sum of publicly attributed self-reports”.

8. Disclaimer

9. If you find an error

If any number on this site is wrong, tell me and show your working. It will be corrected, and the page will note what changed. This matters more than anything else here — the entire value of this compilation rests on every number being independently reproducible.
